No need to transfer food from one dish to another. Just bake and take this oval-shaped dish straight to the table to serve. And guess what – you can use the wooden lid as a trivet; serve a dish at your counter or table while keeping these surfaces protected! When you’re done, cover with the bamboo lid and store those leftovers in your fridge!
